In 1991, 17-year-old Crystal Faye Todd was reported missing after she failed to meet her midnight curfew. Her mother's worst fears came true when two men noticed a female body laying unconscious in the road which was identified as Crystal. But the question remains, who murdered Crystal Faye Todd?
