A bikini barista working a late-night shift was nearly kidnapped when a 19-year-old customer allegedly tried to yank her through a drive-thru window, leaving her bruised and shaken but able to fight him off. Police identified the suspect, Ezekial Guerrero, through his signed credit card receipt and later arrested him, though he claimed he was drunk, upset, and never meant harm. The FBI held a press conference Friday morning where they identified the man they believe is responsible for killing Charlie Kirk. Authorities revealed new details in the case of 21-year-old former University of Kentucky cheerleader and beauty queen Laken Snelling, accused of concealing the birth of her baby after the infant was found dead in a trash bag inside her closet. A third party, not Snelling, reportedly called police, and when officers arrived they discovered the newborn wrapped in a towel and “cold to the touch,” while Snelling herself was located nearly an hour later. Mickey Stines was in "active psychosis" in the days after he shot and killed his longtime friend and colleague, Judge Kevin Mullins, in September 2024, according to new court documents. Stines' lawyer revealed the new information in a brief to support his motion to dismiss the murder charge. Prosecutors oppose the motion and want the trial for Stines moved out of Letcher County.
