Kathryn Dennis has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for a May 2024 crash in Goose Creek, South Carolina in which she was convicted of driving under the influence. In November 2023, Hillary Brown, a mother of three young children, died as the result of complications she suffered during a plastic surgery performed at the clinic where she worked. Former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez was hospitalized after being stabbed during a drunken fight in an Indianapolis alley, where police say he attacked a 69-year-old truck driver whose vehicle blocked his path. Blake Bates faced felony and misdemeanor charges for the death of his baby boy, Royal, who was attacked and killed by his pit bull mix in April 2024. Bates' girlfriend, who was also charged, entered into a plea agreement to testify against him at trial.
