Police quickly learned Richard’s 18-year-old daughter, Tabitha and her friend’s boyfriend Carlos Christopher had skipped town. The following day, local law enforcement arrested Tabitha and Carlos in the stolen truck nearly 500 miles away in North Carolina. After being extradited back to Ohio, Tabitha tells police Carlos killed her father and Sandra in a frenzied attack.
