The parents of a 14-year-old girl say Richard Bosch, 22, stalked her inside a Miami-area LA Fitness before assaulting her multiple times. Bosch entered a guilty plea to a felony battery charge. Now attorneys for the family say it's time for the gym to be held accountable.
