In a case shrouded in mystery, Texas father Domingo Quintana claimed his wife tried to drown their three children in a pond after allegedly giving them NyQuil mixed with vodka — but investigators say his own actions are now raising new questions. Though not charged in the near-drowning, Quintana was arrested the same day for animal cruelty, and a police lieutenant has since been suspended for visiting him in jail under suspicious circumstances.
