In today's No BS Interrogation, we take a look at a case out of Grass Lake, Michigan. On August 22, 2021, 3 men were found shot to death. Delmar Fraley (80), Edward Kantzler (70), and Michael Pauli (70). Edward Kantzler's 2006 Ford Explorer was also missing. The investigation quickly leads detectives to another man that was staying at the residence where the murders occurred... 43-year-old Zacharie Borton. After tracking the stolen vehicle to a residence in Grand Rapids, Michigan. A targeted raid by the police landed Borton in custody. Here is the No BS Interrogation of Zacharie Borton. (SPOILERS BELOW) Obviously Zacharie Borton was the killer in this situation, and along with that came Life in prison without the possibility of parole for the death of Delmar Fraley. 40-80 years in prison for the death of Michael Pauli. There was a hung jury on the third open murder charge involving Edward Kantzler. On May 4, 2022, during sentencing, the Judge (John McBain) said to Borton, "The next time you leave prison, it will likely be in a body bag". Borton has appealed his convictions, but as of 2026, his convictions have been upheld, and he is still in prison.
