Winston Moseley was a serial killer from Ozone Park, Queens, and worked at Remington Rand, as a tab operator, preparing the punched cards used at that time for data storage for digital computers. He was married with three children and had no criminal record. His last victim, Kitty Genovese was one of the main reasons 911 exists today. 38 people witnessed the murder and nobody helped or called the police.
