Thomas Hamilton is known as the perpetrator of The Dunblane Massacre, a mass murder incident in 1996
On 13th March 1996 Thomas Hamilton murdered 17 people, including 16 children at Dunblane Primary School in Scotland. This incident became known as the Dunblane Massacre and is the worst mass shooting incident in UK history. The Dunblane massacre took place at Dunblane Primary School in Dunblane, near Stirling, Scotland, on 13 March 1996, when 43-year-old Thomas Hamilton killed 16 pupils and one teacher and injured 15 others.
