Robert Black was a Scottish serial killer and paedophile convicted of the kidnapping, rape, and murder of four girls aged 5 to 11 in the United Kingdom between 1981 and 1986. As a long-distance delivery driver, he exploited his mobility to abduct victims from different regions, subjecting them to horrific sexual assaults before killing them and disposing of their bodies far from the abduction sites.

Anders Behring Breivik is a Norwegian domestic terrorist responsible for the 2011 attacks in Oslo and on the island of Utøya, the deadliest act of violence in Norway since World War II. His coordinated attack involved a car bombing followed by a mass shooting, resulting in 77 deaths. Breivik was arrested on the day of the attacks and later convicted of terrorism and mass murder. He received the maximum sentence under Norwegian law, with provisions allowing for indefinite extension based on continued risk.

Rosemary Pauline West became one of the United Kingdom's most infamous serial killers after participating in a series of murders with her husband, Fred West, between the 1970s and 1980s. Convicted of ten murders in 1995, Rose played a central role in abusing, controlling, and murdering young women and girls, many of whom were buried at the couple's home at 25 Cromwell Street in Gloucester. Albert Fish became one of the most horrifying killers in American history after murdering children during the early 1900s and later sending grotesque letters to victims’ families. Known for extreme sadism, self-harm and cannibalistic behavior, Fish terrorized New York and surrounding states while hiding behind the appearance of a quiet elderly man. Often referred to as “The Gray Man,” “The Boogeyman” and “The Werewolf of Wysteria,” Fish shocked investigators and the public because of the disturbing nature of his crimes and psychological abnormalities. Robert Clive Napper became one of the United Kingdom's most infamous serial killers after murdering Rachel Nickell in 1992 and Samantha Bisset and her four-year-old daughter, Jazmine, in 1993. Before his identification, Napper committed numerous violent sexual assaults across South East London, becoming known as the "Green Chain Rapist."
