Australian woman who was convicted for the murder and cannibalism of her de facto partner
Katherine Knight is an Australian murderer and the first woman to be sentenced to spend the rest of her life in prison. She was a domestic violence perpetrator and her relationship with her victim, John Price was characterised by violence and threats of murder. She eventually went through with her threats and, in February 2000 she stabbed John to death, skinned him and butchered his body, cooking his organs intending to feed them to his children.
