The Mysterious Story of Warriena Wright - On August 7, 2014, Warriena Wright met her Tinder date 28-year-old Gable Tostee later that night she plunged fourteen stories to her death from the balcony of his high-rise apartment. Gable claimed she’d been so drunk she’d attempted to climb over and fell. Police would disagree and, several days later, charge Gable Tostee with her murder. But the case of Warriena Wright is anything but cut-and-dry. Police had found an audio recording on Gable’s own phone that captured Gable’s entire ill-fated date with Warriena. We’ll take a closer look at Gable’s bizarre habit of recording his dates a little later. Suffice to say that, in the days and years to follow, the harrowing recording of Warriena Wright’s last moments would divide opinion across the true crime community.
