Alisa June Hartmann, 38, was found dead in her Bradenton home on 15 May 2012 after being beaten with an aluminum baseball bat while she slept. Her husband, Nicholas Hartmann, admitted responsibility and was later convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to 50 years in prison.

Anggy Diaz, a 21-year-old woman originally from Nicaragua, was murdered by her husband, Jared James Dicus, at their home near Magnolia, Texas, on 11 January 2023. Dicus confessed to the killing after police arrived at the residence. He later pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to 40 years in prison.

Anthony "Tony" Hughes, 31, was a deaf and mute Milwaukee man who met Jeffrey Dahmer at a nightclub in May 1991. Dahmer invited Hughes to his apartment, where he drugged and strangled him. Hughes' remains were discovered in Dahmer's apartment following his arrest two months later.

Anthony Sears, 24, was murdered by Jeffrey Dahmer on March 25, 1989. Dahmer met Sears at a Milwaukee nightclub and took him to his grandmother's home, where he drugged and strangled him. Sears was Dahmer's fifth known victim and the first whose remains were later preserved by Dahmer.

Anthony Walgate, 23, was found dead outside a London flat in 2014 after meeting Stephen Port online. His death was initially mishandled, allowing the serial killer to continue targeting victims before being caught.
